There's no - self-evident, self-existent, everlasting - 'constitutional right' in the United States of America to an abortion, rather the U S Supreme Court, back in 1972 - in the now much-celebrated/pilloried 'Roe vs Wade' decision - created a constitutionally-supported 'right' to the same...

...something no less a jurist than former, long-serving Ruth Bader Ginsberg herself evidently regarded as very poor law - as such - indeed (however much she in heart agreed with and applauded the particular outcome that eventuated thereby)...
