Yes, he - apparently - is  (depending, admittedly, upon how you happen to *read/understand/interpret these particular Scriptures) *And, sure, I'd never ever claim this as a biblical truism, much less declare to folk that the inclusion of selfsame scriptures  absolutely indicates anything at all  ('beyond' the printed page')... but I do consider it mighty interesting, to say the least...

But one Day - the Day of the LORD - Another will be the Supreme Judge...  ...as rapid event succeeds rapid event and  'the LORD Himself descends from heaven'... ' at the last trump ' -  ' the trump of God '

However, this itself will occur in response to such a global 'day of Jihad' in which groups of armed men worldwide will seek to anticipate the global sunday laws then being enacted internationally and in one fell swoop, upon one night, seek to eliminate from Planet Earth all those bearing the seal of God upon their foreheads... Most notably, moreover, the unique work of judgment and pitiless slaughter enacted by these human simulating angelic beings will begin at the very 'house of God' with those most vocal in their (misguided and deluded) professions of piety (as opposed to those of other, non-Christian, beliefs and professions)...  

War itself is and has ever been barbaric, a recourse resorted to by (in)human beings when all else has - or rather appears to have - failed. Whatever apparently Scriptural basis of legitimacy people have cited in its behalf. As some have so rightly suggested, whatever God is said to allow is often depicted as if it were His own intention; which it often isn't. Anyhow, though most people (in their moments of utmost dispassionateness) will defend to the rafters those who (happen to) kill/take (human) life - in defence of their own (life/lives) or that of their family, tribe or people - anytime one crosses that invisible line and begins to take innocent ('civilian') life they have thereby forfeited not only any legitimate human sympathy/understanding but much more importantly God's approval - which is the one , when all is said and done, that ultimately really, truly matters...

  But At That Time Thy People Shall be Delivered, Every One Who Is Found Written in [Your] Book.

No, not in some sort of misguided allegiance to King Henry the 8th's opportunistic whim to divorce his wife, but because there are much larger issues at stake in coming years... ...and as Protestantism has now left off the protesting and has long since morphed into an ant, there remains for the true and steadfast believer the imperative to  earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints If need be at the very cost of their (earthly) lives.

No wonder (that is, seeing that as a mere foretaste of the absolute devotion and commitment, and selfless, sacrificial dedication subsequently revealed throughout the entirety of the remainder of her 70-year reign) even a merciless thug and rogue and vicarious mercenary such as Vladimir Putin could not refrain from heralding her wonderful qualities as Queen...

And the double rainbow (of promise), recalling not the present-day LGBT movement's effective but illegitimate hijacking of that noble and sublime token of divine favour and blessing, but God's ancient unfailing promise to Earthians till the very end of time (in this present age), put the icing on the cake: God's heavenly imprimatur if you will upon Queen Elizabeth the Second's reign.
