Sadly and regrettably David Bellamy - whom Yours Truly had the immense privilege (20-some years ago) of not only hearing address a packed public meeting as well as present a low-key scientific seminar for kids, but afterwards converse a little with (during Dunedin, Aotearoa-New Zealand's biennial 'International Science Festival') - departed this life a couple of years ago now... ...barely noted by the mainstream media (at least in God's Own) despite his frequent trips and public  feting here... ...because he so happened to hold a very un-PC opinion - doubtless deeply held and well-articulated - upon *this issue of our age...(and **doubtless others as well)... ...Being one of the only such public speakers I've ever heard to declare his contempt for the newfangled, anti-traditional family term 'partner'... 

*Though Japan & Taiwan, I believe, have suffered rather devastating cyclones ('typhoons') also of late... **And since writing this, Louisiana - and the 'entire shebang' of the United States, N.B. right upon the exact (16th) anniversary of Hurricane Katrina,  (itself around 13 years after Hurricane Andrew, which Yours Truly was a fly-on-the-wall observer of ) - has now experienced the 'equal worst' (including all three for argument's sake) such cyclone in its (if not necessarily America's) entire (European settlement) history...  ***Even here in our own little abode we experienced something previously utterly unheard of - much less seen/witnessed and actually experienced - firsthand: a biblical-style plague/infestation of large blue bottle house flies...and believe me or not, that particular Sunday (around three weeks ago) I vacuumed up/****squashed with a tissue up to around 70-80 such vermin... ****Thankfully upon neither count offering up more than...

Satan Will Make it Appear that Christ Has Already Come...In Various Parts of the World He Will [Manifest Himself - in the Person of the Antichrist] As A Great Benefactor of the Poor and Needy...Repeat Many of the Wonderful Truths that Christ Spoke While Upon This Earth...Speak in Wondrous Tones and Accents of Love...Even [Bear Himself] in [Similar Manner]... and then declare to one and all that He has changed the Sabbath to Sunday... ...and now requires all to keep holy this day... But just because something is altogether true and real however much all and sundry (attempt to) debunk it doesn't mean it comes from God Above... No sirree! As I said to my sister yesterday eve (upon the heels of two reports upon the same): just because something isn't made up or imagined does not, ipso facto, make it as it were a revelation from God Above... No indeed. Whilst the phenomena could feasibly be explained as pure imagination or even hallucination, the instances are simply too many and accumulated to now be simply shuffled off as pure hocus-pocus... So if UFOs aren't 'little green men' from Mars, and apparently could both really be some incredible military superiority of the Chinese or Russian governments, what possibilities remain? How about this (one), folks? They're actually evil angels ... To Be Continued...shortly!

F'r instance... *the USA's role in promoting (binding/coercive) religious legislation upon its own citizenry... *Ethiopia's place in end-time prophecy (as per the still unfulfilled passage in Daniel  11:40-45)...   * Libya's own role in the same... ...as Daniel 11:43 sees its ultimate literal fulfilment... *Jerusalem/Israel's role in becoming the centre of global hostility to the point of invasion/'beieigement'. & 'innumerable' others as last-day events move rapidly into very high gear... 

It all depends upon how one interprets one's Bible , bearing in mind that prophetic declarations are usually best understood 'after the fact' (i.e. of their fulfilment), and, moreover, that  no prophecy is [ever]  of any private interpretation There's much more to come upon this folks... Problem is, Folks... he [eventually] spoke like a *dragon * Biblical symbol, naturally enough, of the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan the great [red] dragon...that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan Hey, what's the ironclad, surefire 'secret' of biblical interpretation, folks? Pretty simple really...just let the Good Book interpret itself...and yes, it's well able to if you'll just let it, it really is... ...for as it well declares elsewhere, no prophecy is of any private interpretation... So, yes, though it puts me into some rather questionable, even highly disreputable company - such as former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro and Iran's revolutionary leader the Ayatollah Khomeini - it's not too large a leap or all that far off from their declarations, however mean-spirited and ideologically-driven... of the United States of America being 'the Great Antichrist' or 'the Great Satan'... ...though p...

For [ wo ] men will be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,  Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God,  Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof ...   Little wonder then that the great apostle Paul then adds: From such turn away.  And correct my scriptural misapplication if you must, folks, but the context of his words seems to be including so-called 'Christians' as much as it surely is the unbelieving world at large... And although this particular blogpost was neither prompted nor occasioned by it, a little booklet Yours Truly chanced upon and has since carefully perused, digested and subsequently treasured...deals with this selfsame matter/subject... ... Except to add that it's very appropriate to do so at a time when conspiracy theorists with a fairly superficial approach to, and surface reading of the Scriptures, especially the Book of Revelation , are fairly running rampant with the perennial digital imprint theory of things...aka the likes of Bill Gates, no less... But sorry to disillusion y'all. folks, the devil's a far more cunning and subtle, much craftier foe than that... ...but as for the world presently facing its biggest financial downturn/reverse in 150 years, though that might be pushing it, certainly we're globally facing the greatest depression, surely, since the Great Depression itself... And as for the use of boycotts to effect 'community' will, one need surely look no further than the latest daily news to see that sort of thing coming to the fore more and more...
